My name is Michael Jacobs and I am very happy to be a part of the Meridian Team in Knoxville! I have been in professional sales for 22 years and in insurance for 16 years. I started in life insurance and it grew from there! I am also a Realtor with EXIT Real Estate Professionals Network as well. I have found the marriage of the two careers to be quite a solid match and it exacerbates my abilities to assist clients in a wider range of needs.

To know me is to know that I care about what I do. This extends throughout my life and in every aspect. I am passionate about helping people, honest to a fault and have a set of ethics that I brazenly stand by. I’m a pretty relaxed person most of the time and know that luck favors the prepared. Control what you can control, give all that you have and the chips will fall where they may.

When I am not directly engaged in working, I am more than likely with my family or engaged in sports somehow. Lucky enough to have been married for 11+ years to my rock. I couldn’t keep the schedule that I have without Angie’s support. We have 2 amazing kids! My daughter, Ashlyn, is involved in swimming and ice skating. My son plays hockey, baseball and football. I am directly involved in the later as his football coach. I have coached youth football at Hardin Valley for 3 years and have no plans of hanging it up! Love the kids!
